My name is Holger Mischke. I am 41 years old, live in Cologne and have started endurance sports after Thomas Hellriegel, Jürgen Zäck and Lothar Leder owned Ironman Hawaii.

I did triathlon first but after some olympic distance races i found that only long distance would do it for me. So i completed four ironman races including Ironman Lanzarote, one of the hardest ironman events in the world.

After running marathons i entered a 200k charity run last year. I had to give up after 110k but i was hooked ever since. You can find out more about my race schedule on the “offrampextreme” blog.

I work as a freelance software tester and am studying to be a certified translator.
